About these terms

The service
GOWL is a youth-football operations platform for authorised football organisations and their approved users. It provides tools to organise football activity around people, seasons, age groups, optional teams, training, availability, attendance, matches, Match Centre activity and statistics.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, protect account access, use only the organisations, children and Teams they are authorised to access, and notify the relevant administrator if they suspect unauthorised use.
Organisation responsibility
Nurseries and Organisations are responsible for deciding who should have access, maintaining accurate role and Guardian relationships, ensuring they are authorised to enter Player and Guardian information, and correcting inaccurate operational records where required.
Acceptable use
Users must not seek unauthorised access, scrape the service unlawfully or disruptively, bypass access controls, use the service maliciously, upload unlawful or infringing material, use GOWL to harass, exploit or endanger minors, or attempt to compromise the platform.
Football and statistical data
Match, attendance, availability and statistics may depend on information entered by authorised users. GOWL provides tools for recording and managing those facts, but it does not guarantee that user-entered football information is always error-free.
Availability and service changes
GOWL may carry out reasonable maintenance, updates, changes and temporary interruptions. These Terms do not promise guaranteed uptime or a service-level agreement.
Intellectual property
GOWL software, design, branding and platform materials remain protected. Organisations and users retain rights in information and content they lawfully provide, subject to the rights reasonably needed for GOWL to operate the service.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or removed in response to security issues, misuse, legal obligations or an organisation’s request to remove access.
Liability
GOWL is an early-stage service. Nothing in these draft Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, GOWL is not responsible for indirect losses or for inaccuracies in information supplied by authorised users. This section requires legal review before final publication.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. A confirmed effective date should be displayed when a final version is published.
